Congratulations to our colleague @Eline Houben, whose publication “Cohort profile: the PHARMO Perinatal Research Network (PPRN) in the Netherlands: a population-based mother–child linked cohort” has made it into the top 10 most read publications in April in BMJ Open. Her publication describes the unique linkage between the Dutch Perinatal Registry @perined and the PHARMO Database Network, which facilitates observational research on pregnant women and children. This has extended our capabilities to study, amongst others, demographics, medication use, medical conditions and details concerning labour, birth and neonatal outcomes.
